  • Orders are typically shipped within 3 working days after order confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We use trusted courier partners like ShipRocket and local courier services to ensure timely delivery across India.

Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Delivery (India):
    Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
    Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and public holidays.
  • Delivery Hours:
    Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    COD is available on select Indian pin codes.
  • Availability is subject to courier partner limitations. If COD is not available for your area, you will be notified during checkout.

Receiving Your Order

  • Orders must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please ensure a trusted person (e.g., family member, neighbour) is present to receive the order on your behalf.
  • KasavuMaalika is not responsible for goods signed for by anyone other than the intended recipient.
