Return & Exchange Policy
At KasavuMaalika, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handloom products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help under the following return terms:
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 1 day of receiving the product.
- The item must be in its original condition, with folds, freshness, tags, and packaging intact.
- Products that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return

Include:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse in Ernakulam, Kerala (address will be shared upon approval).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of dispatch.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to the bank account shared by the customer (we will request your bank details securely).
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-stitched or altered garments
- Products purchased on clearance or final sale
- Items returned beyond the 1-day return window
Important Notes
- KasavuMaalika is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- All claims for shortages, defects, or incorrect items must be reported on the same day of delivery.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered, carefully folded to preserve fabric structure.
